| WHITE WINES Zenato Pinot Grigio, Veneto, Italy 7 Light straw in color, this wine has aromas of peach and apple with significant floral notes. Similar flavors of peach and apple are present on the palate, initially a bit sweet but quickly balanced with a mild acidity. The finish tapersoff slowly and is quite pleasant. St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley 7 Bright, with intense aromas of lime juice, ruby grapefruit, guava and a hint of clover. Exquisite flavors of focused lemon, lime and grapefruit invite you back for more. Aquinas Chardonnay, Napa Valley 7 A bright straw-yellow color with a slight lime cast, this wine has aromas of lemon peel, apricots, white peaches, and vanilla infused tea. The flavors are reminiscent of lemon crème brulee, peach yoghurt, and citrus sorbet with notesof fresh cream and subtle oak notes. Bennett Family Chardonnay, Sonoma County 8 Pear and citrus flavors. Smooth with a bit of buttery/oaky flavor at the finish. Clear gold, with med intensity, length is long and finish is of French vanilla and butter-poached apples and pears. Good complexity due to balancedcombination of ripe fruit, racy acidity, and oak aging to mellow it all out. RED WINES Irony Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 8 Ruby colored edges surrounding a garnet colored center. This Napa cabernet features smoky aromas with hints of dark brambly fruits and charred oak. Thereis a medium bodied mouth feel balanced by sweet tannins and a hint of pepper. Hahn Pinot Noir, Sonoma County 8 Brilliant medium ruby in color, with an aroma of Tea Rose, trodden cherry, molasses and a hint of lavender. Flavors and textures of pomegranate, raspberry, molasses, Saddlery/Ice plant, plump bright, polished, moderately extracted. Folie á Deux Merlot, Napa Valley 8 Deep ruby red, full bodied Merlot has aromas of cherry, spice and black cedar. The aromas follow through to the palate accompanied by medium plus acidityand nuances of mineral and earth. SPARKLING Piper Sonoma Brut, Sonoma County 7 Made of 60% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, has a pale gold color, petite bubbles and delicate aromas of ripe apple, toast and peach. This sparkling wine is dry and fresh with a long elegant finish, possessing crispcitrus flavors with hints of strawberry and vanilla smoke. |
